Our aim is to make your shopping an easy, convenient and safe experience. There are several ways you can purchase products with us.
By Web:
Ordering online is available 24 hours a day and is the fastest way to have our products shipped to you. With our easy to follow checkout process, you can enter your credit card directly into this site's secure server which will encrypt your information.
By Phone:
Call our ordering center during business hours, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, at (toll free) 1-866-851-5578; Closed Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. This number is for orders only so please see the customer service info below for additional questions or information you may need.
By Mail:
If you prefer, you can also send in a check or money order, made payable to “Cassarah Enterprises, LLC”. Double check to make sure your order is correct, add the appropriate shipping charge (see Shipping Details below), then include your order with your check or money order and mail it to the following address:

Important:
If you send in a check or money order, please remember to add the correct shipping charges to your order, otherwise your order will be delayed (see Shipping Details below). Further, There is a minimum $25.00 service charge on all returned checks!!!
Shipping Details:
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours and take an additional 3 to 6 business days to arrive depending on your location. We ship all orders ground delivery throughout the Continental United States. If your ship-to address is within the Continental US, the shipping fee schedule is:
- Orders from $0 - $11.00 pays $3.00 S&H
- Orders from $11.01 - $39.00 pays $4.00 S&H
- Orders from $39.01 - $119.93 pays $12.95 S&H
- Orders from $119.94 - $179.90 pays $17.95 S&H
- Orders from $179.91 - $239.87 pays $19.95 S&H
For all orders over $239.97 and all orders to Alaska, the U.S. Virgin Islands (Puerto Rico), Hawaii, Guam and Canada, please contact Cassarah Enterprises, LLC for S&H charges. Contact Us
International Shipping:
For orders outside of the United States, please submit your order, and we will
e-mail you with the exact shipping costs and estimated delivery times and methods. Please note that our shipping charges do not include duty, taxes, or custom fees. Feel free to provide us with any information we can include on your shipment to help reduce these costs to you. We will NOT charge your credit card or place your order for international shipments until you have approved the shipping costs. Call with any questions.
Sales Tax Policy:
All orders for delivery in the State of Pennsylvania are assessed a 6% sales tax. Merchandise purchased by and shipped to Pennsylvania residents within Pennsylvania is subject to sales tax. Further, orders placed by State of Pennsylvania non-residents for shipment to Pennsylvania residents, as well as orders placed by Pennsylvania residents for shipment to individuals who live elsewhere in Pennsylvania are subject to sales tax.
Our Guarantee & Return Policy:
Merchandise may be returned for refund or credit within 30 days of purchase. The item being returned must be in its original packaging and must be undamaged.
To process a return please follow the three steps below:
1. Before returning, please call our toll-free customer service number, 1-866-851-5578, for a Return Authorization (RA) number. You must write the RA number on the outside of the package you are returning. Returns without a RA number may be refused and sent back to you.
2. If the item you are returning is defective or was shipped in error by Cassarah Enterprises, LLC, we will send a UPS call tag to retrieve your package. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for ALL shipping costs. Please insure your package if returning via postal service in case it gets lost or damaged.
3. All items must be returned in their original packaging, including any documentation, and must be in new, resalable condition. Upon receipt of the returned item we will either credit your credit card or, if you paid by check or money order, we will send you a refund check.
